Bacon Egg Cups

It’s Bacon Day. YES, a day devoted to BACON. We know we could take this savory fatty vessel and do a lot with it. But we didn’t ( If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it). We’re keeping it simple: bacon + egg cups. So delicious, filling, and EASY.

Bacon Egg Cups

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices of Bacon
  • 6 oz. of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place bacon around the sides of each muffin tin cup.
  2. Fill each bacon-wrapped cup with 1 egg
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes*
  5. Top with cheese and continue to bake 5 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
